What counts as a seat?
A seat is one member of your organization. Reviewers, authors, and admins all count; read-only viewers on public links don’t.
Is VersoDocs a real-time editor?
No, and on purpose. We’re built for reviewed, versioned, auditable changes, not simultaneous typing. One protected Current version, always.
What happens at the Free version limit?
Free keeps the 3 most recent versions per document. Older history is preserved and unlocks when you upgrade to Team or Pro.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. No contracts.
Do you offer annual billing?
