This page explains which cookies and similar browser-storage technologies VersoDocs uses, who sets them, and how long they live. VersoDocs does not use cookies for behavioral advertising and does not sell or share data with ad networks.

Clerk session cookies authenticate you. Without them you can't stay logged in. Lifetime: session + rolling refresh.

CSRF protection tokens for state-changing requests. Lifetime: per-request.

A `localStorage` entry called `iternotes:checkoutPlan` remembers your plan choice during the sign-up → onboarding → checkout flow. Cleared automatically after Polar checkout finishes.

A `localStorage` entry storing your editor-font preference + sidebar collapsed/expanded state. Per-user, no PII.

Our live-chat widget (Tawk.to) loads only when you click the chat button; until then it sets no cookies and makes no third-party requests. Once you open it, Tawk sets its own cookies to maintain the conversation thread.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics: a cookieless, privacy-first measurement of page views and Core Web Vitals. It sets no cookies, stores no cross-site identifier, and collects no personal data or document content. There is nothing to opt out of.

We run no product-analytics events, funnels, session replay, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any ad-network pixel.

You can block or delete any cookie from your browser settings. Blocking session cookies will prevent you from logging in.

If you contact us via chat and want the conversation deleted, ask us in the chat with the email address you used.

We update this page when the cookies or similar technologies we use change. The stamp at the top reflects the current revision.
